HRD STAFF
Requirement:
Ø Female max 25 years old
Ø Holder of Bachelor Degree (S1) in Psychology
Ø Min 2 year experience, Fresh graduated with good GPA is okay
Ø Able to using Psychological Test (Warteg, Kraeplin, DISC, etc).
Ø Having knowledge of Human resource Management include recruitment and selection, training and development and personnel administration
Ø Able top handle coaching and counseling
Ø Communicative in English
Ø Hard worker, able to work under pressure
