Accounting Staff
Responsibilities :
- Reconciling Bank Accounts and create necessary journal for its reconciliation
- Reconciling Cash on Hard & Cash in transit Accounts and create necessary journal for its reconciliation
- Reconciling Advance employees and maintain its settlement
- Assist ad hoc account reconciliation
- Collecting and reviewing reconciliation data from branches
- Maintain the reconciliation filling folder
- Liaise with both internal and external auditors
Qualification :
- Female, max. 27 years old
- Minimum Diploma 3 from Accounting
- At least min. 1 years experiences in General Ledger background (but fresh graduates are welcomed)
- Must able to work in a multitasking, analytical and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English both in writing and verbal (is preferable)
- Excellent MS Office application
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment and able to work in under pressured conditions
