Accounting & Finance Staff
Requirements :
- Graduated from Reputable University, majoring in Accounting with GPA above 3.00
- At least 3 years working experience and having knowledge in tax and Accounting software
- Able to work under pressure, self motivation, detail in focus
- Computer software literate

Responsibilities

- Responsible for day-to-day accounting process and coordination within Accounting Section (as check and execute Account Receivable / Account Payable, manage daily transaction of AP, AR, Fixed Assets & GL)

- Prepare detail monthly management report and provide data for auditors

- Assist Accounting Manager in reporting and analyzing financial performance of the company and business unit

- Report to Accounting Manager and together with Accounting Manager do review and solve the problem related to Accounting Section

- Perform Ad-hoc assignment as needed

b. Supervisory/leadership experience

e. Exposed to heavy material handling equipment such as cranes, forklifts etc.

f. Problem solving ability

g. Planning, organizing and storage of Semi finished & finished product materials

c. Planning receipt of material, safe transport, stacking, & feeding to operation requirement repairing discharge plan upon vessel arrival

d. Report generation and analytical/statistical Skills

e. Supervision and control material supply to DR plant

f. Coordination amongst employees, interdepartmental and contractors

g. Planning and organizing, and stock management

h. Stock management of raw materials

University degree (10+2+3 Full time) or technical diploma (10+3 full time) is a must.

Department : Mechanical Maintenance and Workshop

Salary : US$ 3570 – 4326 / month

The desired candidate must have a minimum 8 years experience in the following:

a. EOT Crane / Jib Crane Mechanical Maintenance

b. Maintenance of EOT Cranes for Steel plant / Heavy duty application in the Supervisory or equivalent category

c. Overhauling and major repair of EOT Crane / Jib Crane mechanical equipment

d. Leading a Maintenance crew (allocation of job, instruction and guidance to technician / mechanic etc.)

e. Ordering and controlling of Mechanical Tools & Tackles, preparation of shift schedule & keeping overtime record

f. Working in SAP (Material Management & Plant Maintenance Module)

Knowledge of IT (MS - Office) & communication Skill is an advantage.

Knowledge of EOT crane repair / inspection standard, assembly limits-fits & tolerances, alignment limits, wear limits for replacement of wheel, monitoring of mechanical power transmission devices, inspection and replacement of wire rope is an advantage.

Also, proficiency in English language and Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from recognized university is a must.

57. CRANE REPAIR SHOP TECHNICIAN

Department : Mechanical Maintenance and Workshop

No. Of Vacancy : 1

Salary : US$ 2462 – 2900 / month

The desired candidate must have a minimum 3 years experience in the following:

a. EOT Crane / Jib Crane Mechanical Maintenance (Overhauling & Major Repair)

b. Inspection & maintenance of EOT Cranes for Steel plant / Heavy duty application as Technician / Fitter

c. Assembly and overhauling of heavy/light duty machinery including rotary equipments, Electric Motors, Hydraulic and Pneumatic equipments

d. Knowledge & skill of hand finishing, marking, drilling, tapping, torquing, reading Engg. Drawings and understand limits, fits and tolerance

e. Knowledge of Mechanical Tools & tackles & rigging of heavy equipment

f. Knowledge of Mechanical Machines, Tools & tackles and their application

Also, proficiency in English language and I.T.I. (NCTVT) certificate or equivalent with Technical Training from reputed Institute/Industry is a must.

58. CRANE SUPERVISOR

Department : Mechanical Maintenance and Workshop

Salary : US$ 3570 – 4326 / month

The desired candidate must have minimum 5 years experience in the following:

c. Execution of scheduled preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and major repair activities as well as trouble shooting during breakdown of EOT Crane

f. Working in SAP (Material Management and Plant Maintenance Module)

The desired candidate must have minimum 5 years experience in the following:

a. Direct Reduction Plant Mechanical Maintenance

b. Direct Reduction Plant Mechanical Maintenance in Supervisory or equivalent category

c. Execution of scheduled preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and major repair activities as well as trouble shooting during breakdown

d. Leading a Maintenance crew (allocation of job, instruction and guidance to technician / mechanic etc.)

f. Check list preparation and review of inspection findings for corrective action
