[Job-Vacancy] Vacancy : GRADUATE ENGINEER in PT Petrosea Tbk

PT Petrosea Tbk is a multidisciplinary engineering, construction and contract mining company with a track record of achievement in Indonesia for more than 38 years. Today, Petrosea is recognised as one of Indonesia's leading mining, engineering and construction contractors.

We maintain a diversified business strategy with key focus areas in mining and resources, oil and gas, infrastructure and construction, engineering services and supply base services.

Currently, we are seeking highly competent and calibrated people to fill in position with following requirements:

GRADUATE ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

1. Assists the Surveyors and Construction Engineers with project planning, weekly progress assessment and reporting.

2. Assists with the review of Client specifications, drawings, and documents to ensure the requirements defined are incorporated in the works.

3. Issue RFI's and assists the Contracts Engineer with the pricing of variations.

4. Carry out detailed material take off, assist with the procurement and scheduling to ensure that the material is delivered in a timely manner.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree in Engineering with minimum GPA 3.00 (scale 4.00).

2. Willing to work in a remote area.

3. Willing to work extended hours to meet the Engineering deadlines.

4. Self motivated, good interpersonal and communication skills.

5. Able to use Microsoft Office programs.

6. Fluent in English, written and verbal.

Our client, a large multinational construction company immediately looking for several positions :

1. Safety Manager (WHCSM)
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree
- Previous experience in a similar role preferably in multinational companies with multi-sites, 7 years+ total working experiences in project construction area
- Formal training in Safety and Risk Management, Internal audit and familiar with the Behavior Based Safety (BBS) concept
- Excellent communication skills & presentation skills including report writing skills English is mandatory
- Excellent program and project management skills
- Proven ability to work effectively at all levels internal and external to the organization
- Proven ability to form effective relationships, influence, and engage indirect staff
- Working knowledge of engineering, operations and safety standards
- Able to travel to projects and sites
- Work extended hours to meet section deadlines and emergency situations
- Computer literate (MS Office)

2. Back Office (WHCBO)
Qualification :
- Female, age 22 - 27 years old with professional appearance and pleasant personality
- Must be good in conversational English, both in oral and written (ex stewardess preferable)

- Minimum D3 graduates (S1 preferable) from a reputable local college/university majoring in any discipline with minimum GPA of 3,00

- Familiar in adminstration
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office & Internet)
- Quick adapted, self starter, dynamic & pay attention to details
- Can start work A.S.A.P
