We are looking for suitable and experienced personnel to fill in the position:

IT Helpdesk (Networking)

Requirements:

-    Min. Bachelor Degree (D3) from Information Technology

-    Male, Max. 26 years old

-    Min. 2 years experience in same position (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)

-    Installing, maintaining, securing and administering Windows XP/NT/2000/2003.

-    Conduct installation system upgrades, and installation of security patches.

-    Supporting, maintaining, troubleshooting networking related problems (LAN & WAN)

-    Understand with PABX telephone system and maintenance

-    Proficient in English verbal and written

-    Self motivated with dynamic personality

-    Posses good interpersonal and communication skills

Construction Manager

MAIN PURPOSE OF POSITION:

Under the direction of the Project Manager the holder will provide management techniques to lead and manage the project management functions to ensure completion of the project within time, within budget and according to the contracted Scope of Work. To exercise project control, administration and supervision supporting of the Company policies and procedures.

KEY ROLES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Ensure Company HSECS systems are followed and complied with.

2. Provide sound project contract management and control ensuring completion of the project within time, within budget and according to the scope of work.

3. Produce and administer project documentation including regular reporting.

4. Measure and perceive project project progress and act on potential or actual risks.

5. Produce project cost estimates and regularly monitor project costs against budget.

6. Impliment proper systems to monitor and control the project delivery against the agreed scope, time, quality coast and safety parameters.

7. Implement effective proceedures and communications as required for project delivery.

8. Implement agreed scope management proceedures and processes.

9. Coordinate the implementation of "Best Practice" principles and techniques in a multi discipline engineering project to deliver required outcomes

10. As a member of the project team prepare technical specifications and scope of work documents for tendering any additional site construction or supply of works packages and carry out the evaluation

Requirements

1. Tertiary degree qualifications in Project Management or related field with a minimum 8 years working experience in a project environment.

2. Working experience in mining industry environment – experience in the area of bulk materials handling would be an advantage.

3. Suitable balance between technical and managerial skills

4. Conversant with project management tools and techniques.

5. Proficient in the use of project management tools such as MS Projects

6. Have good working experience in contract administration.

7. Have good documentation and report writting skills.

8. Have good analytical and problem solving skills.

9. Have good leadership and people management skills.

10. Excellent written and oral communication skills both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

11. Have high personal energy level and enthusiastic to work in a dynamic project environment.

12. Have attended Leadership and Management training courses.

13. Possess report writing and computing skills as well as computer literacy, Possess a drivers license

14. Willing to be based at a remote area for 1 year-extendable employment contract

Job Description

. Product responsibility for Atlas Copco Tools and Assembly systems
:-

o Maintain close relationship with the General Industry Division to
develop and implement business marketing plans to achieve divisional budgets

o Product costing and pricing

o Sales support and product training in Indonesia

o Work closely with Business Line Manager and Product Manager in Thailand
to develop innovative marketing programs and show event campaigns in
Indonesia.

. Sales Responsibility & Coverage: Market development

o Ensure optimal and efficient territory coverage for Indonesia, along
with the principles of a lean, efficient organizational structure.

o Assessing the business potential of the ACTA products with each customer

o Review and evaluate quotations and lost order reports to ensure that
each quote is given its best opportunity to be translated to orders

o Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new
markets.

o Provide in-depth market, industry and competitive analysis and
positioning

o Develops business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures
attainment of company sales goals and profitability.

. Distributor management

o Manage relationship with the distributors ensuring that a business
development plan is in place.

o Extend distributors network to non traditional areas

o Formulation of pricing strategies and distribution channel analysis &
development

o All sales activities related to distributors / agents

o Sales performance of distributors / agents and project sales

o Lead and motivate the Distributors ensuring individual professional
growth of each member so that they are equipped with the required
competencies and attitude to deliver at their highest possible levels.

Requirements

. Male/Female, Max age 40 years old

. 4-5 years sales and marketing experience, preferably in sales and
marketing of industrial equipment.

. University - majoring Electro, Machine

. English is a MUST

. Have driver license

. Willing to travel

. Able to operate computer MS Word, Excel and Power Point

. Good interpersonal skill

. Good in communication

. Good in leadership

. Positive attitude

. Special skills in sales presentation and negotiation and
territorial management.
