Operational Staff
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monitoring all activities from CCTV monitor
- Make a daily report about all activities
- Coordinate with operation about alarm response
- Handle customer complaint and follow up to make customer delighted
Qualification:
- Female, max. 30 years old
- Minimum D3 Degree
- Have background customer services min. 1 year (for fresh graduate are welcome)
- Capable in administration and detail oriented
- Good communication and customer oriented
- Fluent in english verbal and written
- Willing to be put on shift schedule
