[Indo-Job] Vacancy at Partnership for Governance Reform in Indonesia (Non Government Organization) - Resend

 

The Partnership for Governance Reform in Indonesia is a multi-stakeholder association dedicated to support and promote sustainable good governance initiatives. For this purpose The Partnership works closely with various stakeholders at the local, national and international levels.

Currently we have immediate vacancy for high caliber Indonesians with high integrity to fill the following positions:


Trainee for Human Resource and General Service
Work location : Jakarta

Organizational Context

Under the overall guidance of HR Assistant and/or General Service Assistant, the staff trainee provides support services ensuring high quality, accuracy and consistency of work.


The staff trainee works in close collaboration with the operations, planning and monitoring, communication and program staff as required to exchange information and to support programme delivery.


Functions / Key Results Expected
1. Provides effective support to General Service and HR unit focusing on the achievement of the following results:
    a. Updating HR database (Personal Files, Leave, Insurance claim, etc)
    b. Updating General Service database (Vendor List, Hotels, travel agents, etc).
    c. Logistical support to procurement unit


2. Provides effective support to PGR Go Green Team focusing on the achievement of the following results:
    a. Participation in the implementation of PGR Go Green
    b. Support PGR Go Green Team campaign


3. Supports knowledge building and knowledge sharing on relevant cluster focusing on achievement of the following results:
    a. Participation in the learning and trainings for program staff in the area of operation and program as well.

    b. Contribution to knowledge sharing and building in the Partnership office.


Recruitment Qualifications
1.
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management or Law is preferable
2. Fresh graduate

3. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

4. Having basic knowledge on HR Management and Supply chain is preferable.

5. Computer literate, minimum MS. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
